TallyTree is A Mobile Tool-Kit for Arborists
Keenan Baird is a Board Certified Master Arborist working out of Lafayette, Tennessee. There, he is building his tree business, GreenRoots. That's not the only thing he is building. After identifying a need for his business's workflow, he tirelessly coded a mobile tool-kit, called TallyTree, over the span of a few weeks. Since launching a few weeks ago, Keenan has found dozens of other users with that same need.
In short, TallyTree a mobile toolkit for professional arborists and tree care specialists. Those tools, include estimating removal costs, appraising tree values, and running full risk assessments. Upon logging into TallyTree, you'll find a simple, straightforward UI that lets you utilize those tools without having to be taught how to do so. In truth, anyone can easily sign up and use these tools without much of a learning curve. And that may be just what Keenan's sector of our industry needs; a simple, straightforward tool that you don't need to hire an outside firm to implement and teach your company how to use.
Other key features, include GPS tagging and mapping. From my conversations with Keenan, I gather that accurate and well organized documentation is critical for Arborists, making this an appealing feature to make use of.
